Training needs analysis
Role, task, audience, and capability analysis that identifies genuine performance gaps before solutions and investments are selected.
Research • Learning • Evaluation
We help defence, government, workforce, and education organizations understand capability needs, design the right learning response, and evaluate whether it works.
What we do
Senior-level support where evidence, learning, people, and implementation meet.
Role, task, audience, and capability analysis that identifies genuine performance gaps before solutions and investments are selected.
End-to-end analysis, design, development, and evaluation of e-learning, instructor-led training, blended programs, microlearning, and performance support for distributed organizations.
Competency-aligned curricula, learning pathways, assessment strategies, instructor resources, and implementation guidance for complex organizations.
Applied research, literature and evidence reviews, evaluation frameworks, stakeholder research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and clear reporting.
Learning architecture, technology and content evaluation, design standards, quality reviews, measurement plans, and implementation advice.
Third-party studies of educational products and programs—from research questions and implementation protocols through data analysis, effectiveness reporting, and evidence packages for external review.
Independent evaluation
Publishers and developers need more than positive feedback. We design and conduct independent evaluations that examine implementation, learner outcomes, usability, and the conditions under which a product works.
Suitable for product improvement, procurement evidence, funding requirements, and submission to governmental or independent reviewing organizations.
